Bit-coin brewing

Beer and bitcoin, a perfect pairing indeed. Hawkesbury Brewing Co is the first brewery in the world to produce hot water for our brewing process with an integrated Bitcoin mine, powered by rooftop solar.  In this process, heat is created not from coal but from bitcoin mining, powered by solar power. The result equals same big flavours with much smaller carbon footprint from a proud partnership between Hawkesbury Brewing Company and Synergy Infrastructure.

 

This is sustainable solution to cryptocurrency energy requirements, that also delivers a net zero carbon solution to manufacturing, making bitcoins our brewery’s waste product.
